Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In-app progress data — including XP, level, mission history, saved games, and preferences — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
The App connects to a backend service solely to fetch the game catalogue. This connection does not involve the transmission of personal data.
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Casino Lac Leamy Collection is a social entertainment application. It does not involve real money, real gambling, or real prizes of any kind.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASINO LAC LEAMY COLLECTION LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that the game catalogue will be complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CASINO LAC LEAMY COLLECTION LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses arising from your use of the App.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
CASINO LAC LEAMY COLLECTION LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the App from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed through the Apple App Store.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. The updated EULA will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CASINO LAC LEAMY COLLECTION LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
